Don Manifold works at Equity & Advisory corporate firm in South Australia and serves as the managing director. He is an expert in divestments, acquisitions, and mergers. He has a Bachelor of Economics and a Master of Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management, one of the most recognized business schools globally.
Specializing in corporate finance, Don has experience of over 25 years. He started his career in Adelaide and has worked in different cities like London, Sydney, and Melbourne. He has represented the sale of high profiled industries across the world. He has advised his clients on challenges and opportunities in the market field across various sectors such as IT, agriculture, manufacturing and retail, financial services, and consumer goods.
For over 15 years, has spent in transaction advisory serving in senior leadership roles in various big companies. He has advised more than 60 divestments, acquisitions, and IPOs valued at over $3 billion. He has also prepared more than 50 valuations and reports for clients valued at $25 billion.
In 2016, Don Manifold led one of the largest purchases at divestment of S. Kidman & Co. and has overseen the acquisitions and sale of some of the high-profile firms like ABB Grain, Adelaide Bank, and Powerhealth.
In 2006, he joined KMPG and worked until 2012. He later joined Ernst and Young and served between 2012 and 2014. In 2015, he joined Northern Territory and left in 2018. His knowledge of international law has seen him advise international transactions in countries like England, Papua New Guinea, and Croatia.
In 2018, he founded Manifold Advisory Partners, a firm that helps businesses develop and implement their strategies. His experience in professional services helps his firm deliver the best outcome to its clients across different industries.
Other than serving as the managing director at Equity & Advisory, Don Manifold also currently serves as the chair of ADX Depot, EC Carpets, and Hybrid Ag. He is a member of Seymour College Finance and Risk Committee and is the director of Whittles Management.
